Leadership

Our Team

It goes without saying that construction firms rely on highly skilled and experienced team members to deliver on unique and complex projects. What differentiates our team at UIT is that we bring a more diverse background of leadership skills and industry experience, with an expertise in the heavy civil and infrastructure related industries. Tunneling underground in challenging ground conditions requires that we routinely engage in problem solving and rely on the geotechnical expertise of our team members to overcome what may otherwise present a terminal issue to other entities.

Our team members value creativity, innovation and a healthy tolerance of calculated risk to push the boundaries of trenchless installation technology and deliver exceptional value to our clients. That said, we also know the importance of doing the simple, more routine tasks well with dependable outcomes.

Here at UIT, you will find the professionals listed below more than willing to embrace a challenge and work tirelessly to a successful outcome, regardless of the project size.
